The film uses three main elements to create an extra symbolic, metaphorical and unique animation:
1 Grid:
The grid in the background symbolizes the simulated world that humans live in. It reminds us that all our actions are meant to lead us to a higher level of consciousness, just like in a game. After life, one summarizes all their "bonuses" and "losses" and chooses another dimension to strengthen and become better acquainted with the character (the soul).

2. Visible layers:
This is a metaphor for the fact that our bodies are composed of several parts that are connected together. At the same time, we are sensitive and vulnerable. This effect is attractive to look at and experiment with. It is not commonly used in animation, and contributes to a sense of lightness in the film.
3.Pastel color palette:
Strong red for important elements: Red is used to capture attention and draw focus to the main elements of the film.
Greater variation of green shades for plants and landscapes: Green is used to create a relaxing atmosphere and to bring the plants and landscapes in the film to life.
Soft beige and blue tones: Beige is used to give the film a retro feel and to ground the viewers.

The landscape resembles Oslo's most famous landmarks. The first picture shows the top of Kolsås, where Kajsa spends the night in a sleeping bag with her girlfriend. The picture on the right shows Akersgata near Trefoldighetskirken (Trinity Church). There, Kajsa meets a hospitable woman who comforts her with sweet fruit and cake.
